Only a maximum of 10 transaction lines are allowed on your dashboard. |

For every pre-order, payment must be done within 72 hours from the date and time such pre-order was made to avoid auto-cancelled in the system. |

If you choose in-store payment, payment must be done at the selected pick up store. |

If you choose online payment, you must transfer payment to the indicated bank account or payment gateway, and upload proof of payment in your pre-order dashboard. |

The system can only validate availability for your request upon submission and does not guarantee you a successful pre-order. |

You can no longer add or change the device and store you had selected once paid. |
7. |
You can no longer update or add pre-orders after the pre-order period. |

If you paid in store, refunds can only be done at the store you had selected. |

If you paid via online transfer, refunds can be done by clicking the refund button. The store contact person will coordinate with you directly. |
